On this page you will find forms that you can download to help you with compliance with LIVE standards. Some are boilerplate forms you can use to report your inputs, and some are reference materials to aid you in your vineyard management.
Unless otherwise noted, all forms listed are for the current growing season.
Passport
This document contains information about key pests and beneficials, rainfall averages, and the LIVE Green/Yellow List of Vine Protection Measures. This list acts as both a reference and appendix to the LIVE Checklist.
LIVE Region I refers to cool-weather maritime viticultural climate. This currently includes Western Oregon and Washington, and certain parts of Southern Oregon.
LIVE Region II refers to warm-weather continental viticultural climate. This currently includes Central and Southern Washington, Eastern Oregon and Washington, and certain parts of Southern Oregon.
Your LIVE Region assignment will be determined based on the AVA your vineyard is in/nearest to. If you believe you has been assigned the incorrect LIVE Region, please contact our office.
