Variance Request
LIVE has designed this form to help its members achieve the desired results of a particular solution to a problem that cannot be addressed with the options available under LIVE guidelines. To do this, LIVE works closely with the member to choose the best sustainable option for the problem. Please fill out this form and return it to us as soon as possible. Use additional paper if necessary. APPROVAL OF THIS REQUEST WILL REMOVE THE PORTION OF YOUR VINEYARD AFFECTED FROM CERTIFICATION FOR THE CURRENT GROWING SEASON. You may only apply for a variance once in a three-year period.
