Irrigation Reporting Form
You may use this form to report your annual irrigation use. You may also use your own format, as long as the following pieces of information are contained within:
- Date
- Irrigation Block
- Stage of Growth
- Amount Applied
- Soil Moisture Measurements
- Vine Symptoms
