2009 inspections are about to begin.  The inspectors have their assignments and they will be scheduling their site visits within the next month.  Your member area on this website will contain information about your inspection, but will not announce the date you are to be visited until you and the inspector speak and come to a mutually acceptable date.

Following are important dates and deadlines for 2009:

Vineyard Certification

• August 1 - November 30th, 2009: Inspections take place (inspector will contact you during this time to arrange a date for your site-visit)
• December 10th, 2009: All records are due!!!  There will be no late reporting accepted this year
• January 30th, 2010: Vineyard certification and endorsements are announced

Winery Certification

• November 15th, 2009: Open enrollment for wineries closes
• December 1st: 2009 payment due in full
• December 1st, 2009 - February 1, 2010: Inspections take place
• March 1st, 2010: Winery certifications and endorsements are announced
